In July 2019, Galaxy Capital Ltd took a majority stake, owning 51%, in Alerics Dairy Products Ltd. This marked the beginning of an extensive restructuring effort, which saw revan thing of the Board of Directors and senior management team.
With great success in rejuvenating the company, Galaxy Capital Ltd decided to divest its investment, and in December 2020, Alerics Dairy Products Ltd transitioned into the capable hands of the Hela Clothing group.
