 Rovel Constructions (Pvt) Ltd (RCL) is a reputable and established construction company, known for its commitment to excellence and quality in the construction industry. Founded in June 2015, RCL has been a prominent player in the Sri Lankan construction landscape.

Galaxy Capital Limited and Mr. Mahinda Kariyawasam, the original owner of the Rovel Constructions Partnership, have formed a 50/50 joint venture (JV) partnership. This collaboration signifies our commitment to RCL’s growth and success.

Galaxy Capital Limited has two Directors on the Board of RCL, ensuring our active involvement in the company’s strategic decisions.

Our vision is to elevate Rovel Constructions (Pvt) Ltd (RCL) into a Rs. 1.0 billion turnover company within the next three years.

Subsequently, we plan to list RCL on the Colombo Stock Exchange, opening up new opportunities for growth and expansion.
