Thusitha Withanage is a seasoned People and Technology Manager with proven track record of implementing large and complex business applications in multiple industries. He possesses wealth of knowledge working in multi-cultural teams in Asia, Middle East, UK and Europe.

Thusitha holds an engineering degree from the University of Moratuwa and extended his knowledge in Information Technology by obtaining a bachelor’s degree in IT form the University of Colombo. As he understood the profound and multifaceted nature of technology to influence people, Thusitha went on to obtain a Master degree in Management of Technology from the University of Moratuwa.

With over 20 years of experience in managing people and technology, Thusitha has garnered a deep understanding how to transform organizations by improving it processes to produce dramatic results. He is an expert in Process Management and currently working as a Regional Manager for a multinational organization delivering Technology.
